Questionnaire on Sustainable Land Management (SLM) Technologies

The ultimate goal of documenting and assessing land management practices is to share and spread valuable knowledge in land management, support evidence-based decision-making, and scale up identified good/ best practices. To achieve this, it is important to analyse field experiences and gain a better understanding of the reasons behind successful SLM practices, regardless of whether they were introduced by projects or whether they are found in traditional systems.

Module 4. LEGAL FRAMEWORK OF CLIMATE CHANGE

The UN Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) is an intergovernmental treaty developed to address the problem of climate change.

Module 3. CLIMATE CHANGE MITIGATION

Climate change mitigation refers to technological change and substitution that reduce resource inputs and emissions per unit of output.

Module 2. CLIMATE CHANGE ADAPTATION

Adapting to climate change is one of the most challenging problems facing humanity. The time for adaptation action to ongoing and future climate change is now upon us.

Module 1. BASIC CLIMATE CHANGE

Climate change is a global issue that many countries have been making an effort to deal with it.

National Workshop Proceeding-EN

The national workshop on “Building Capacity of Institutions to Help Farmers Better Adapt to Climate Change and Variability in Cambodia” was held at Royal University of Agriculture” on 26-27 September, 2012.

Technical Report

The main component of the project was to promote technologies that could potentially help farmers build their resilience and adaptation to climate-based disasters and climate change. The involvement in on-farm technology demonstrations and farmer field school used the technologies evaluated through on-farm, farmer participatory activities.

Report of Farmer Perception

A survey has been conducted with both farmers who involved in the on-farm demonstration and field day.
